Hello. I recently had some cosmetic work done on two of
my wheels. I drive a Honda 
Accord coup and will be moving with this car
to California. As we know, in certain parts of California, the car you drive
and the shape it's in means everything, so I called on Ross to fix some scrapes
I had on my wheels and make them look smooth again. Of course, hedid an

Today I called frantically to Rim Guard Xtreme explaining that I had scrapped my front alloy rims and was hoping to get them fixed before my husband had a chance to see that this had happened. I spoke with Wade Thomas who kindly calmed me down and told me that he would be able to help me out before my husband got home from work. Sure enough, I received a call from Adam Burke who told me he would be at my house in 18 minutes. Within a couple of hours my rims looked like new! Adam was awesome and I couldn't thank him enough for not only getting this all done in a timely manner (before my husband got home) but he was professional and the finished product looked like new rims...which by the way when I priced them were $785.00 each. Rim Guard Xtreme was extremely reasonable. Thank you Wade and Adam from the wrath I may have heard from my husband should he had seen the rims pre Rim Guard Xtreme!

I had a metal wheel on my 2008 Hyundai Sonata that needed repairing. I met with Jacob Young of RimGuard to get the job done via the Mobile Run Unit. Jake was there on time and very polite and professional. The work got done in 30-45 minutes at a locale Firestone location outside of Charlotte. Jake noticed two of my four brand new tires were not 'right' and suggested I get them replaced if possible. My RimGuard experience was both excellent and affordable! I'd highly recommend RimGuard. By the way, later that afternoon, I stopped by my local tire guy and told him what Jake had discovered about 2 of my new tires. Just had two rims fixed by Josh at Rimguard Extreme. Extremely professional and helpful during the whole process. Showed up early and stayed around until the whole process was complete. The car is back to driving like stock after 8 months of shaking and vibrating. I was given your card at my Hyundai Dealer in Concord NC. I had a badly bent rim on a new Hybrid and it would cost over $350 to replace/install. I called Josh and he came this evening. He explained the process and had the rim like new in a very reasonable time. I even printed a discount coupon off the net.
I am very pleased and have 7-8 brochures and business cards to pass out. I was also impressed that you also carry manufacture rims below dealer cost and pay for shipping both ways when necessary.
I see you do many other repairs and will call Josh when needed.
Josh is a very pleasant person and I never felt pressured or I was going to be ripped off.

I have nothing but praise for the quality of service that Ross provided as he was very friendly and above all patient as I had a lot of questions regarding the process. Their quality and turnaround time for wheel painting was excellent and I highly recommend anyone in Myrtle Beach area to check them out. The guy came out to my place and in 2-3 hours all 4 wheels looked like new.
